About the Role
YOUR Group is seeking skilled Exhibition Stand Builders and Joinery Fitters in Glasgow for upcoming venue and exhibition builds. You will be responsible for erecting high-end temporary display spaces, custom wood/modular panels, and venue infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling and fitting custom timber, modular, and structural display stands.
- Interpreting build plans and specifications for precise venue positioning.
- Operating power tools safely and maintaining high finish standards.
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Background as a Carpenter, Multi-Trader, or experienced Stand Fitter.
- Tools: Complete set of hand tools and relevant cordless power tools.
- Tax Status: Valid Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR).
- Certifications: CSCS Card, Working at Heights or Manual Handling certificates.
- Reliability: Able to work reactive, event-driven hours to strict venue deadlines.
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract, Fixed term contract, Temporary
Pay: £130.00-£180.00 per day
