We’re looking for an experienced kitchen assistant to join our close-knit team. You’ll be a part in ensuring the effective running of the kitchen. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to help deliver the greatest of experiences to our guests.
This role would suit someone looking to get out of the sinks and into the kitchen as you will be assisting the kitchen team with food prep, plating dishes during service, and creating items from the menu from our salads & pizza sections.
About you:
- With a keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness, you keep the kitchen looking clean & tidy at all times. You’ll take pride in managing the dishwasher and wash up area. Whilst being able to follow cleaning schedules to a tee.
- You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service and are able to lend a helping hand with basic food preparation when necessary.
- You take pride in carrying out your work and setting a glowing example to others, even when handling and disposing of waste and recycling materials in the right way.
- You fit straight into a fast-paced, close-knit team. Peak season can get pretty busy, but you thrive when working under pressure.
- You'll have a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation practices and kitchen operations, or be ready and willing to learn from our experienced kitchen team.
