Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Services & Travel Experience Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage comprehensive travel arrangements for clients, including flights, ground transportation, accommodation, and special requests.
- Provide expert advice on travel options, airline policies, and destination information to optimise client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse travel data to identify trends, optimise processes, and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client preferences using organisational software systems.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle client inquiries promptly via phone or email, offering personalised solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Organise schedules efficiently to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality standards are upheld.
- Assist in developing new travel packages or services based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aviation services or travel management is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for service improvement.
- Outstanding time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach when dealing with clients and partners.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as booking systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office suite.
