We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-cocktails alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced till.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, basic maths skills for handling transactions, and an understanding of food safety practices are essential.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanour with outstanding communication skills to foster positive relationships with customers.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service is highly valued.
