What You'll Be Doing
As part of our housekeeping team, you'll help ensure that The Dales remains a safe, comfortable, and pleasant home for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning residents' bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas, dining rooms, lounges, and staff facilities.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and infection control standards throughout the home.
- Replacing linen, towels, and essential supplies where required.
- Reporting maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly.
- Working alongside a caring and supportive team to maintain the highest standards.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Is dependable, organised, and trustworthy.
- Understands the importance of cleanliness within a care environment.
Previous cleaning experience in a care home, hotel, hospitality, healthcare, or similar setting would be beneficial, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
