Nursery Practitioner – Croydon, London, CR2
Salary: Up to £31,590 per year / £13.50 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications and hours)
Hours: 42 hours over 4 days or 45 hours over 5 days | Shifts between 7:15am–6:45pm
Contract: Permanent, 51 weeks per year (closed for one week between Christmas and New Year)
Please note: We cannot accommodate term-time or school-hours working.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our well-established, family-focused nursery in Croydon, London, CR2.
We provide high-quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years in a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment. Our passionate team is committed to delivering exceptional early years experiences through play-based learning, strong partnerships with families, and a child-centred approach. We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's development and creating engaging learning opportunities while becoming part of a supportive, long-term team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Create inspiring, creative learning environments that meet children's individual needs
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues
- Maintain high standards across the nursery and contribute to its continued success
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous Nursery Practitioner experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Positive, creative and enthusiastic approach to childcare
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and education
- Eligible to work in the UK
