We’re Catch Cymru – a new seafood spot on the beach in Saundersfoot. We’re all about great food, chilled vibes, local brews, and laid-back service. We’re not looking for robots – we’re building a crew of legends.
About the Role: This is more than just pouring pints or carrying plates — this is about creating a buzz. Welcoming people like old mates. Talking through the menu like you helped write it. Keeping the energy up and the vibes just right, even when it’s buzzing on a summer Saturday.
We’re looking for people who:
- Smile without being told to
- Work hard without losing the fun
- Are up for rolling up sleeves and pitching in
- Can chat seafood and sip coffee at the same time
You’ll be working the floor, behind the bar, taking orders, serving food, keeping the place tidy, and being an all-round top human. No Experience? No Problem. We’ll train you up, show you the ropes, and help you feel at home fast.
