Training Co-ordinator (Fixed Term)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Co-ordinator to join our HR team on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in ensuring training compliance across our Lamb sites and supporting the successful implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS).
What you'll be doing

Auditing training records and identifying compliance gaps.

Working with managers and subject matter experts to ensure mandatory training requirements are met.

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of our new LMS.

Building learning assignments, curricula and validation processes within the system.

Producing reports and tracking progress against training objectives.

Promoting engagement with the LMS and supporting managers to maximise its effectiveness.
What you'll bring

Excellent organisational and planning skills.

Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and data management.

The ability to build effective working relationships across multiple sites.
