Part Time Support Worker - £13.15 per hour
Location: Clacton
Position 1
Salary: £4,102.80 PA
Hours: Average of 6 hours per week. Every Monday 13:00 - 16:00 and every other Friday 16:00 - 22:00 with the potential to pick up overtime.
Position 2
Salary: £23,933.00 PA
Hours: Average of 35 hours per week. 09:00 - 19:00, every other weekend.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Clacton. We have 2 positions available, providing support to gentlemen in their own home and out in the community. We are looking for individuals who are kind, patient and calm with experience of supporting individuals with Autism. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
Key Requirements
- Experience supporting people with autism is essential
- Full UK driving licence - Essential
- Calm, patient and understanding approach
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
