Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and engaging Social Media Presenter & Content Host who is fluent in both English and Punjabi/Hindi. Duties
- Develop and host engaging live streams, videos, and short-form content in English and Punjabi/Hindi that captivate viewers and promote brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the social media management team to plan content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and trending topics.
- Interact actively with followers during live sessions, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster community engagement.
- Utilize public relations skills to build positive relationships with viewers, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand reputation.
- Manage social media accounts by posting regularly, monitoring analytics, and adjusting content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and cultural nuances to keep content fresh, relevant, and culturally sensitive.
- Assist in coordinating promotional events or campaigns that require live hosting or content creation to boost audience participation.
Qualifications
- Experience as a social media presenter, host, or influencer with a strong portfolio of live or recorded content.
- Excellent command of both English and Punjabi/Hindi languages with clear diction and engaging speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of social media management tools and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or similar channels.
- Exceptional public relations skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with brand goals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in multicultural or bilingual settings is highly desirable.
