We are looking for an organised Finance Administrator to join our team at Chase Park Neuro Centre, Whickham. The successful candidate will be working full time, 40hrs per week, helping to ensure the safe and smooth running of financial services for the clients in our care.
Your day-to-day...
- First point of contact for finance related queries at site level
- Responsible for collating payroll information and liaising with our Outsourced Payroll Company
- Preparation, Management, and submission of client invoices on Cool Care Software
- Prepare reports & other written materials
- Bank Reconciliation via sage
- Credit Control
- Keep files & records as required
- Submitting supplier invoices for payment
- Procurement
- Reconciliation of client finance.
- Responsible for the monitoring of clients personal funds on site.
- Liaising with Local Authority, CHC and other funding bodies.
- Handling, distributing, and reconciling petty cash. Reconciling receipts and expenditure on site.
- Provide a high standard of organisational financial administrative support
- Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly

You are...
- A Finance Administrator or Assistant with experience (ideally in Finance/health care sector)
- Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
- Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
- A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet
You have....
- A minimum of 1 year's administrative experience
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with SAGE 50
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Pay: £17.50 per hour
