Due to continued growth and continued investment, Westbury Packaging are looking to recruit a Machine Operator. Working in a fast paced and positive environment you will be work alongside our production team with support from the management, as we work to give our customers the best experience possible.
Based at our Melksham site, you will be responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of a wide range of production machinery, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently whilst maximising customer satisfaction, updating MRP software (ABACA).
Dealing with many household brands as well as smaller, but equally important companies, we pride ourselves on our customer service and we want you to be a part of ensuring we achieve this.
Our business is constantly evolving, growing and we are continually investing in machinery, systems and our people to remain the supplier who delivers when they say they will. Full training will be given as well as a competitive starting wage with clear progression goals for further package enhancement potential. We’d love you to have experience in corrugated packaging but it’s not a necessary requirement, it’s more important that you’re a great operator with a hunger to achieve more.

· Great computer skills. (Experience of using ABACA would be an advantage)

. Two rotating shifts 0600-1430, 1330-2200 Mon to Fri
· 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
