Duties
- Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect components and finished products for quality, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve assembly processes.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking parts and supplies used during assembly.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools confidently.
- Experience in assembly processes, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus, providing familiarity with inventory handling and safety procedures.
