We are looking for an experienced and reliable 1st & 2nd Fix Carpenter to join our growing team. We undertake high-quality residential and commercial projects and are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of 1st fix carpentry, including stud walls, floor joists, roof timbers, door linings and structural timber work.
- Complete 2nd fix carpentry, including hanging doors, fitting skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, staircases, flooring, wardrobes and other finishing work.
- Read and work from technical drawings and specifications.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry.
- Ability to produce high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.
- Own tools and transport preferred.
- CSCS card preferred.
