The Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) is the UK's leading specialist college for people who are visually impaired based in Hereford. We are currently seeking to expand our team and are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician with a plumbing bias to help maintain our extensive residential campus, ensuring a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for our students, staff and visitors.

About the Role
Reporting to the Estates & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the College's buildings, residential accommodation and facilities. Providing high quality maintenance across the
RNC campus, ensuring that all plumbing systems, buildings, facilities, and associated infrastructure are maintained to a safe, compliant and operational standard.
You will work as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, supporting the day-to-day operation of the campus and helping to ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements.
