Key Responsibilities
Setting up and maintaining personnel files, including chasing missing information
Maintaining standard reports on salary, starters and leavers etc.
Producing contracts of employment
Preparing changes to terms and conditions of employment
Processing leavers including calculating outstanding monies
Assist with the day to say administration processes for probations, promotions, transfers etc.
Skills and Experience
Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
