Are you an organised, enthusiastic administrator who loves helping customers, solving problems and keeping everything running smoothly?
We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our amazing team at our head office in Horley, covering a 16-month period of maternity leave for one of our highly valued team members.
This is far more than your average administration role. You will become an important part of a busy, friendly and supportive team, helping to coordinate the work of our surveyors, service engineers and installation engineers across the South East.
What will you be doing?
The role is varied, interesting and fast-moving. Your responsibilities may evolve as you gain experience and support different areas of the business, including:
- Coordinating diaries and appointments for our field-based teams
- Supporting surveyors, service engineers and installation engineers
- Preparing and processing quotations, orders and job information
- Organising and coordinating installation works
- Responding quickly and calmly to customer breakdowns
- Proactively planning servicing and maintenance visits
- Keeping customers informed and delivering an excellent standard of care
- Working closely with colleagues to resolve problems and keep jobs progressing
No two days are quite the same, so this role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and genuinely cares about delivering a positive customer experience.
What are we looking for?
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Good geographical knowledge of the South East of England
- Confidence using Google Maps and planning efficient journeys
- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- A polite, confident and personable telephone manner
- A clear understanding of excellent customer care
- Proven customer service experience from any industry
- An empathetic and reassuring communication style
- The ability to remain calm, find solutions and deliver results
- Confidence learning new systems, processes and procedures
Experience within the mobility, engineering or service industry would be helpful, but it is not essential. Your attitude, communication skills and ability to care for our customers are what matter most.
Why join us?
We are a rapidly growing and well-established company that genuinely cares about the wellbeing, empowerment and success of every member of our team.
In return, you will receive:
- A starting salary of £25,500 per annum, depending on experience
- A 16-month fixed-term contract
- 25 days’ paid holiday, plus bank holidays
- Holiday entitlement increasing to 27 days with length of service
- Company pension
- Healthcare Cash Plan with Westfield Health
- Free hot and cold drinks
- Regular staff treats and company events throughout the year
