NOTE THIS IS A SELF EMPLOYED ROLE. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The role is selling HMO investment opportunities to warm leads acquired via our various marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to identify their needs and present suitable HMO opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and personalised communication.
- Analyse client data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and optimise sales strategies.
- Conduct opportunity demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and excellent customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings, industry developments, and competitors’ activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively.
- Experience or significant understanding of property/estate agency/lettings would be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised, proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £30,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
