Frederick & Co, Solicitors, Glasgow, have an established and loyal client base. Our reputation has been built upon providing practical and cost-effective legal advice on a range of matters including residential and commercial conveyancing, wills, executries and powers of attorney.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an articulate and enthusiastic Team Leader to manage our New Business department and join our hard-working team at Sandyford Place in Glasgow.
About You
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A good level of numeracy and computer literacy;
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Administrative skills;
- You will be responsible for managing and working within our New Business team, providing fee quotes, submitting Offers and Notes of Interest and liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents at the initial stages of sale and purchase transactions.
- As Team Leader you will be expected to motivate and organise your team, to achieve the most effective results.
- We are looking for someone with natural warmth and ability. You will be professional, outgoing, and have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Previous Team Leader experience is preferred but not essential
