Peter Pan Nursery are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate level 2 / level 3 early years practitioner to join our small, friendly and homely setting.
The Nursery is conveniently located off Gloucester Road, Horfield.
You will be able to develop effective relationships with your colleagues, children in your care and their families.
You must be a motivated individual with a passion to create environments where children can flourish.
The key area of responsibility for a L2 or L3 Nursery Practitioner includes but is not limited to;
- Provide appropriate care and supervision of the children at all times
- Co-operate fully with other childcare practitioners/professionals in relation to the individual child’s needs
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with parents and carers.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures
- Role model appropriate practice to other team members, leading by example
- Promote a happy and welcoming atmosphere for children, parents, staff and visitors
- Be responsible for a group of children, ensuring their personal and development needs are met
- Plan, deliver and monitor activities to meet children’s needs in line with the EYFS. Offer all children equal opportunities
- Conduct housekeeping duties to support the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for children.

Job type – full time / part time
Salary - £13.20 - £13.50 per hour Depending on qualification. Salaries will increase in line with the government increases to NMW and NLW.
