Raynsford Care Ltd are recruiting a DEPUTY SERVICE MANAGER to support our supported living services in Whiteshill, Stroud supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities in their own home.

The candidate must have the following:
- Minimum of 3 years in a care setting with experience in supporting adults with mental health.
- Previous experience as a senior support worker/ team leader
- Relevant training to be able to carry out this job role
- A level 3 diploma in health and social care or a willingness to work towards this qualification
- A motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a therapeutic approach to both the individuals we support and your staff teams.
- The confidence to lead a team through all circumstances
- Partake in on-call and provide support (both via phone and in person) outside of your working hours
- Rota management ensuring commissioned hours are met and hours are flexible to meet the needs of the individuals.
- Daily care of the people we support including medication management.
- Administrative duties including safeguarding and CQC reporting.
- Finance management associated with the home
- Domestic management within the home
- Staff supervision and return to work interviews
- Auditing all aspects of the services.
Hours will be on a shift basis covering the needs of the services.
Rate of pay - basic salary based on 40hrs per week £14.60 per hour weekdays, £15.50 weekend
Sleep-ins available at £67 per night.

Pay: £29,120.00-£33,644.00 per year
