Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative functions related to early years education, including scheduling, record keeping, and communication with parents and staff
- Support teachers by coordinating lesson plans, resource allocation, and classroom logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the implementation of curriculum standards aligned with early childhood development best practices
- Foster strong relationships with families by providing guidance, updates, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to promote continuous professional growth among staff
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation for inspections and audits
- Contribute to creating an engaging, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social-emotional growth among young children
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching or working within early childhood education settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external partners
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and early childhood development standards
- Ability to lead with enthusiasm, motivate team members, and foster a positive workplace culture

- A relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred

Pay: £13.60-£14.10 per hour
