Opportunities across the following skill levels: We’re recruiting experienced Skilled Factory Operatives and Multi-Skilled Operatives with Food Production/Food Manufacturing experience, plus entry and semi-skilled candidates looking to develop and progress.
Following shifts available: 3s and 2s shift patterns available, with every other weekend off. Day shifts (6am-6pm), Night shifts (6pm-6am), and short shifts (8pm-4am) available.
Date(s) & Time(s) of event(s): Attendance is welcome by walk-in. Our Open Day sessions will take place on Tuesday 21st July 2026: • 2:00pm session – for candidates interested in Day shifts • 6:30pm session – for candidates interested in Night shifts

This particular role is at our site based in Old Leake just outside Boston, Lincolnshire and specialises in making chilled Italian ready meals and modern deli products for a dedicated customer. The site employs around 700 people.
