An amazing opportunity has opened up to join the team at NQ64 Shoreditch. We are after a head bartender with strong leadership skills ensuring brand standards are upheld and responsible for delivering an amazing guest experience. The right person will have a strong cocktail knowledge, big personality and an all round sound human.
Here at NQ64 with currently 14 sites and growing we're all about Booze, Beats and Button Bashing. The bars are neon spattered pure good vibes, serving f*%king mad drinks with iconic retro games and a classic hip hop soundtrack. This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality drinks and brilliant service and will suit a hands-on individual with a team-focused attitude.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:
- Training & coaching of team members including training reports and feedback.
- Be hands on through our Level Up bartender programme
- Ensuring brand standards are upheld and responsible for delivering an amazing guest experience.
- Hands-on, directly involved with service
- Key-holder responsibilities
- Preparation of Batches and Garnishes
- Contributing to menu development and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience in a cocktail focused bar, ideally as a head-bartender or senior bartender
- Solid background of cocktail knowledge and ability.
- The ability to work independently & take initiative.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to safely travel to and from work despite the late hours.
- Fully flexible. Will be required to work weekends and late nights.

- Salary £16ph + Tronc
- Fortnightly pay.
- Up to 40 hour week across 4/5 days.
