Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a London Gatwick Airport Representative. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin , possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for upselling. If you are a multilingual individual with a passion for customer service, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and information to passengers in English
- Assist with resolving passenger queries and issues
- Coordinate with ground handling agents to ensure smooth flight operations
Applicant qualifications:
-Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) in both English and Mandarin.
-Good computer skills and familiar with Office Software (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and PS)
-Willing to work on shift. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DAY SHIFT BEGINS AT 5:30 AM.
-Able to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
-Able to work both independently and in collaboration with multiple teams
-Aviation knowledge or experience is preferred
-Assist with internal audits and external audits as directed by line manager
-Candidate must have right to work in the UK

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
