*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and possess strong leadership skills to lead a team of nursery staff effectively. *Duties* - Manage and supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programmes for children - Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being - Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping - Utilise early childhood education principles to create a nurturing and stimulating environment *Requirements* - Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Knowledge of early childhood education practices - Valid driver's licence (nice-to-have)
