Duties
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering questions to enhance their dining experience
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, condiments, and service areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems, handling cash or card transactions securely
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and genuine passion for providing excellent service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
