A & F Grant Ltd are looking to recruit HGV Bulk Liquid Tanker Drivers based in Grangemouth.
We offer a choice of shift patterns, providing flexibility and a good work-life balance:
- 5 days on / 2 days off – Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday
- 4 days on / 4 days off
All positions are full-time and will require successful applicants to be willing to stay away in the truck for approximately 3–4 nights per week, depending on the shift pattern.
There will also be occasional overtime available as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bulk liquid tanker and deliver products to customer locations.
- Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Complete all required delivery and compliance paperwork accurately.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and vehicle care.
- Communicate effectively with the Transport Planning team and customers.
- Provide a professional and courteous service at all times.
- Comply with all relevant Drivers’ Hours, tachograph, health & safety and environmental requirements.
About You
Applicants should hold a clean HGV driving licence and a current Driver CPC.
Previous experience in the haulage of bulk liquids to farms and mills would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
The successful candidates should have a good understanding of Drivers’ Hours, tachograph regulations, defect reporting and health & safety.
