A recent refurbishment has lifted the pub inside and out, including décor, soft furnishings, signage, external areas and garden space. It gives the next operator a brilliant platform to build on from day one.
With a welcoming front bar, rear lounge and around 60 internal covers, the pub has a simple, flexible trading space. Outside, the large beer garden offers around 100 covers, while the unused function room opens up huge potential for parties, meetings, private events and community groups.
Current sales are just over £2,000 per week, with plenty of room to grow. Sport, darts, live entertainment, quiz nights, garden events and a stronger weekly rhythm could quickly bring more people through the door and make The Red Lion the go-to local in Madeley.
