Junior Sous Chef to join a busy and passionate kitchen team.

The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the senior kitchen team in the smooth day-to-day running of service. You will play a key part in preparing and delivering high-quality fresh food, ensuring consistency, speed, and attention to detail across all sections.
The menu features a mix of well-loved pub classics and globally inspired dishes, changing with the seasons to keep things fresh, sustainable, and exciting for both guests and the kitchen team.
You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas, learn new skills, and support the development of specials and menu changes, while continuing to grow your leadership experience in a structured and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a busy fresh-food kitchen
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and pride in food quality and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Interest in developing leadership skills within the kitchen
