The Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor | Setting Out Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to take ownership of diverse projects across the North West.
Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic surveys and measured building surveys
- Carry out accurate setting out for construction and engineering projects.
- Ability to process own survey data
- Work with AutoCAD and LSS to deliver clear and precise drawings.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of on-site surveying experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and LSS software.
- Familiarity with Leica equipment (preferred)
- Ability to independently process survey data and manage projects.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- CSCS Card (preferred)
- Clean Driving License (preferred)
