We're looking for a Debrief Clerk to help keep our transport operation running smoothly through accurate administration, driver debriefing, and systems management.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Debriefing drivers at the end of their shifts and reviewing journey paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Inputting information into spreadsheets, transport systems, and operational reporting tools
Downloading and processing tachograph information and updating driver records
Completing yard checks and reviewing vehicle and trailer documentation
Supporting Shift Managers with operational administration, communications, reports, and day-to-day transport activities
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Have administration experience, ideally within a transport, logistics, or operational environment
Are confident using Excel and other systems to manage and maintain accurate information
Have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with data and documentation
Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with drivers, managers, and colleagues
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
