Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the play areas, ensuring all equipment is secure and well-maintained
- Manage the cafe area by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining hygiene standards
- Assist in organizing activities and supervising children to promote a fun and safe environment
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, sales transactions, and safety checks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of hospitality
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality/guest services or the retail sector
- Passionate about creating positive experiences for children and families
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light equipment, and perform physical tasks as needed
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen situations effectively
- Commitment to maintaining a safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
