We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Line Operator to join our team full-time and support the smooth running of our manufacturing process.
Job Overview
In this hands-on role, you’ll operate machinery, inspect products, and help maintain a clean and efficient production environment. No experience in flooring or woodworking is required — full training will be provided.
If you have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and enjoy practical work, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions and quality control procedures
- Check finished products for accuracy and defects
- Keep the work area clean and organised
- Support the team with general production tasks
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is useful but not essential
- Fork lift driving licence
- Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Punctual, dependable, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and follow health & safety guidelines
Pay & Benefits
- £12.71 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
