Precision Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Trades Person to carry out Snagging and Finishing works in the Sheffield area.
You will be working on a new build housing project that has a minimum of 14 Month's left until completion.
Duties:
- Working on a new build housing scheme
- Basic snagging, defects & finishing work
- Basic Joinery, Silicone Sealing, Painting and other associated duties
- Adhering to Health & Safety
About you:
- Right to Work in the UK
- CSCS Card or Certificate
- Previous experience working on a new build housing
- Multiskilled Trades Person
- Have own transport and tools
- Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative when unsupervised
- Working references ideally from a similar job
Apply & Reward:
You'll be paid £20 per hour working a minimum 39 hour week for a minimum of 9 months.
