Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House & Barista Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a growing padel community.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing a positive first impression.
- Assisting customers with court enquiries.
- Preparing and serving a range of food and drink to a high standard.
- Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
- Operating the till and handling payments accurately.Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café, seating areas, and reception.
- Assisting with stock management and replenishment.
- Supporting events, coaching sessions, and tournaments when required.
- Ensuring all customers receive outstanding service throughout their visit.
What We're Looking For
- A positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- A passion for coffee and padel is a bonus.
Hours
Flexible shifts available.
Contracts available from 8+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.

Pay: £22,568.00-£26,437.00 per year
