Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, threading, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lashes, and makeup application
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries or concerns
- Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Skills
- Proficiency in lash treatments and various beauty therapy techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained
- Ability to work flexibly within a team as well as independently
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for enhancing clients’ confidence and well-being
