Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with practice protocols and data protection regulations
- Sterilise and disinfect dental instruments and equipment following strict hygiene standards
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and patient follow-ups efficiently
- Support administrative tasks such as stock management and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organised, and welcoming for all patients
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT literacy for managing electronic health records and appointment systems
- Knowledge of nursing practices relevant to dental care and infection control procedures
