Duties
- Assist with the preparation of detailed financial reports and analysis documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Support the team in conducting analysis to inform wealth management strategies and client recommendations.
- Organise client files and maintain accurate records of financial plans and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Contribute to report writing tasks, summarising complex financial data into clear, concise documents.
- Support the team with administrative duties including data entry, document management, and IT-related tasks.
- Maintain organisational standards by managing time efficiently and prioritising tasks effectively.
Experience
- Previous administrative experience within a financial services environment is desirable but not essential.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in report writing and financial planning processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
