Career Development: We invest in continuous professional development through leadership training, industry learning opportunities, and exposure to high-value commercial projects.
Meaningful Impact: Every negotiation, commercial agreement, and strategic partnership you manage will contribute to the company's future growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
Contract Management: Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes while managing contractual risk.
Business Development: Identify new commercial opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and support expansion into new markets where appropriate.
Financial Performance: Work closely with finance teams to evaluate commercial performance, pricing strategies, forecasting, and profitability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure commercial objectives are achieved efficiently.
Risk Management: Evaluate commercial risks throughout the contract lifecycle and implement practical mitigation strategies.
Leadership: Support, mentor, and guide members of the commercial team while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Significant experience in commercial management, contract management, business development, or strategic commercial leadership within a complex business environment.
Commercial Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract management, financial analysis, and business planning.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple commercial priorities, and influence decision-making across different business functions.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting commercial data, identifying opportunities, solving complex business challenges, and making informed commercial decisions.
Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and commercial reporting systems. Experience with ERP or CRM platforms is considered an advantage.
