Duties

- Assist with food safety practices by adhering to hygiene standards, proper storage, and sanitation procedures
- Support the team in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and ingredient organisation
- Serve customers directly when needed, providing friendly and prompt service to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas throughout shifts

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food hygiene standards
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare diverse dishes confidently
