Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

Home: 5-bed Children's Residential Home (EBD)
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 5-bed children's residential home, supporting young people aged 8–17 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

- Basic salary: £51,000 - £63,533 (depending on experience)

Duties: Children’s Registered Manager
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality, nurturing residential environment for children and young people.
- Provide inspirational leadership and mentoring to your team.
- Maintain full compliance with OFSTED and all relevant regulations.
- Lead of Safeguarding.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and external professionals.
- Develop and review personalised care plans.
- Promote the wellbeing, safety, and development of each child.
Children’s Registered Manager
- Minimum 2 years’ recent experience as an OFSTED Registered Manager in children’s residential care.
- Previous been registered as a Manager with a GOOD / OUTSTANDING rating achieved in a Children's Residential Home.
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Strong understanding of EBD and relevant childcare legislation.
- Proven leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
