Business Support Assistant - 1x Full-time, 12 months Fixed-Term Contract Vacancy
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Business Support Assistant, who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the Property Compliance team, providing timely and effective customer service.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Supervisor within the Compliance department, this role includes general administration support and coordinating with the Compliance team to ensure asks are completed accurately and accomplished on time.
The role is on a Fixed-Term basis for up to 12 months, with a salary of £26,457 per year, working 35 hours per week.
About the role:
To be successful in the role of Business Support Assistant our new team member will have a minimum level of education Level 2 or equivalent experience in a similar role, as well as having the skills below:
- Can follow established processes, requiring methodical administration and follow-through to ensure tasks are completed accurately and accomplished on time.
- Clearly and effectively communicate information to various stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- An appreciation of customer service with a varying audience, including vulnerable adults.
- A good approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of IT literacy, in particular the use of Microsoft Teams/Office plus other subject related systems/databases.
