We are looking for Responsive Repairs Surveyors to join our team delivering high quality customer focussed services to our 27,500 homes.
You must have HHSRS experience, knowledge and/or training in preparation for Awwabs law phase 2 that will be implemented in November 2026.
The role involves surveying customer homes along with refurbishing empty homes to bring back into use.
You will be working alongside our residents and leaseholders taking ownership of ensuring that repairs are managed end to end and to manage issues and complaints that may arise before, during or after works, always looking for continuous improvement in our delivery of this essential service, working within tight timelines and within budget.
The role is varied, fast paced, challenging, rewarding and delivers job and customer satisfaction.
The role requires commitment, accountability, and a can-do attitude, where going the extra mile is normal practise.
You will have day to day operational responsibility for repairs and maintenance in a patch within the City of Bristol boundaries. If you feel you have the skills and experience to match this role, then we want to hear from you.
