The Opportunity
We're looking for a customer-focused Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our growing London team.
Working across a diverse client base, you'll provide onsite support, resolve technical issues and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As a trusted IT partner, we manage our customers' environments like we own them.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working across a broad range of technologies and building strong customer relationships.
This is an on-site role -you'll be based in our London office or working from client sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent Fuse professionally at all times, fostering trust and delivering a positive customer experience
- Deliver Level 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and onsite resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Support and maintain Microsoft cloud technologies, including Office 365, Azure, and Endpoint Manager
- Manage tickets accurately and within agreed timeframes, following standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with the IT team to provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed SLAs
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and related equipment
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, including software setup, system upgrades, and access management
- Maintain hardware/software inventory and asset tracking
- Provide remote and on-site support for customers’ infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Manage patching, security updates, backup monitoring, and issue resolution
- Monitor devices and infrastructure performance
- Participate in the weekend On-Call roster
- Escalate complex technical problems to relevant teams as required
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience in a Level 2 Support role, ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft and endpoint technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Endpoint Manager
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Exchange Online
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of diagnosing complex issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment
- Current Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
