Salary: Starting from £14.00 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week. Rising up to 50 hours per week whilst on Builders/Sparkle Cleans

We pride ourselves on safety, efficiency, and flawless presentation. We are looking for an experienced CSCS Cleaning Supervisor to lead our on-site team.
The Role
As a CSCS Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations on active construction sites. You will manage a team of site cleaners, enforce health and safety standards, and ensure handover deadlines are met to the highest standards. You will also cover on sites when cleaners are on holiday or call in sick.
Working Hours
Day to day hours will be 40 per week. Monday – Friday with occasional weekends.
Weekend working will be to cover sickness, holidays and pre-booked builders/sparkle weekend working to ensure the job is completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and deploy a team of construction site cleaners.
- Conduct builders' cleans, recleans, and final sparkle cleans.
- Ensure full compliance with site health and safety, COSHH, and RAMS.
- Deliver daily site inductions and tool-box talks to the cleaning team.
- Monitor cleaning chemical stock levels and equipment maintenance.
- Liaise directly with Site Managers to report progress and resolve issues.
- Report directly to our Operations Manager.
- Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets client specifications.
- Cover any sickness or holidays
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor on construction sites.
- Deep knowledge of COSHH regulations and health and safety practices.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS or SMSTS (Highly desirable).
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport (Essential).
