About the Role
Zenith Cosmetic Clinics is a CQC-regulated, hospital-standard medical aesthetic clinic seeking an experienced Level 4 Aesthetic Therapist / Laser Therapist with a minimum of 3 years’ laser experience in a clinical environment.
This is an opportunity for a high-calibre Advanced Skin and Laser Therapist to work within a premium, medically led cosmetic clinic delivering both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
We are specifically looking for a therapist experienced in:
- Laser hair removal
- Laser pigmentation treatments
- Laser vascular treatments
- Skin rejuvenation
- Energy-based skin resurfacing
- Advanced skin consultations
Key Responsibilities Advanced Clinical Treatments
- Deliver safe and effective laser treatments in line with clinical protocols
- Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Diagnose skin conditions within scope of practice
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work within CQC and clinical governance standards

Commercial & KPI Performance
- Achieve treatment revenue and retail targets
- Maintain high rebooking rates
- Drive diary utilisation
- Support patient retention strategies
- Cross-refer patients appropriately within a multidisciplinary clinic
Professional Standards
- Maintain CPD and regulatory compliance
- Participate in audits and clinical governance
- Support stock management and retail performance
- Contribute to marketing events and promotional activity
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 4 in Advanced Aesthetic Practice (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on laser experience
- Experience in a medical aesthetic clinic environment
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to work to KPIs
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Desirable
- Experience working in a CQC-regulated clinic
- Experience with medical-grade laser and energy-based devices
- Advanced skin treatment experience
- Experience working alongside medical and surgical teams
