As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests, serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilising basic maths skills for transactions.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding service.
