We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our dynamic café team. In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional service by fulfilling customer orders with care and precision. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with efficiency and care.
- Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Serve guests hot drinks promptly and with a friendly demeanour.
- Housekeeping of the Restaurant (Cleaning floors, tables, back areas)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not a strict requirement.
- Previous experience within hospitality is beneficial for this position.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Good personal appearance and hygiene.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and creativity.
- You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you.
