- Time Off: Up to 28 days holiday, plus an extra half-day each year (up to 32 days total)
- Growth: Real opportunities for training and progression within our Central Kitchen team
- Culture: Supportive environment with team outings and celebrations
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Manage and control all dispatch-related materials (crates, cargas, wrapping, etc.).
- Record and report dispatch activities, including shortages, substitutions, or additions.
- Work closely with drivers and build strong, professional relationships.
- Support production when required and ensure all preparation for the next day is complete.
- Operate in cold rooms (walk-in fridges) for a large part of the shift, lifting and carrying boxes as part of daily dispatch duties.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Confidence using dispatch or production systems/software.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in refrigerated areas, with regular lifting and movement.
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
Team Collaboration
- Liaise with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Production Supervisors, and fellow team members.
- Communicate clearly with drivers and management to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to other dispatchers or production staff.
